Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Foam Trolley (QTY: 20 NOS.).
A. Equipment Particulars: Name : Foam Trolley (Mobile Foam Unit) Type : Wheel mounted Capacity : 200-220 Litres
B. Construction Features: Foam storage tank : 200-220 Litres cylindrical shape / horizontally mounted on wheel framed without foam concentrate. The tank shall be made out of 5 mm plate thickness. Main frame with handle : Handle at a height of 1m. Ground clearance 100 mm. Wheel : Solid rubber type Foam Inductor : 450 lpm, 3% foam induction Foam Nozzle : Quadracup (TFT Make, Model No. FQS125BCP) Selectable gallonage foam nozzle with flow setting of 110, 230, 360 & 470 lpm @ 7bar having a 63mm instantaneous male inlet. Pickup tube : Transparent PVC hose with C clamp fitting. Pickup tube valve : ˝ inch BSP on/off ball valve Filling cap with breather : 3 inch BSP Drain Valve : 1 inch BSP on/off ball valve Lifting Eye : Lifting eye (02 Nos.) shall be provided either side for lifting Purpose from one location to other.
C. Material of Construction: Foam storage tank : SS-316L Main frame with handle : SS-304 Foam Inductor : Al. alloy as per IS 617 Foam Nozzle : Quadracup (TFT Make, Model No. FQS125BCP) Lightweight materials, hard coat anodized aluminum. Quick change rear valve seat & stainless steel shut-off ball. Pistol grip shall be mounted below the valve.
D. Painting Finish : Enamel yellow painted. OIL logo : Coloured with Company's Name (minimum 40mm size)

G.
