Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Importation and Construction A new gas nitrogen drum of volume 60 m3 and pressure 60 bar on Turn Key Bases.
The required specification :
A new gas nitrogen drum and the drum is painted and ready-made with its suitable steel structure for foundation and steel structure over the drum .
Storage capacity : 60m3
Operating pressure : 60 bar
Atmosphere temperature :
Min : - 10 C°, Max : 50 C°
Atmosphere pressure : 1,013bar.
Gas nitrogen density : 1,18kg/m3
Position of construction is horizontal

The additional required equipments for the gas nitrogen drum
Pressure safety valve number:/2/ for operatjng pressure : 20 bar, 60 bar.
Pressure reducing system from 60 bar to 20 bar is supplied with close and bypass valves on outlet stream of diameter/ 2 in.
One ( open- close) valve on inlet stream of diameter /1in/ and operating pressure 60 bar.
Vent is supplied with manual valve number: 1.
Drain is supplied with manual valve Number :1.
Two plug gauges, one for temperature gauge and one for pressure gauge.
