Scope of Work
The company announces its need for complete the project of supplying and installation of floating roofs, seals and water draining system for the floating roofs of the gasoline tanks.
1- Offering and installation of Tighten seals for floating roofs for two tanks Z3/3-5.
2- Execute the test runs of floating roofs for four tanks Z3/1-2-3-5 and repair all defects that may occur floating roofs ,seals, draining water system.
3- Paint all metallic parts of floating roofs for four tanks ( Z3/1-2-3-5 ) after sand
blasted to SA2.5 with suitable epoxy paint for zone classification and the stored materiel.
The tanks are divided into two groups according to the dimension of the tanks :
1-First group : tanks Z3/1-2 which have the same dimension :
-The whole height 16.40 m
-The allowable height 15.00 m
-The top diameter of tank 23.806 m
-The lowest diameter of tank 23. 794 m
- The outside diameter 23.862 m
