Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Supply of Gate Valve 52.38 mm x 352 Kg/Cm2 (2 1/16" X 5000PSI) WP, Flange End as per API 6A, 20th (or latest) edition, full bore through conduit having parallel expanding gate with replaceable seat, non-rising stem supported on two thrust bearings, seat arrangement with plastic packing and grease injecting port, bolted bonnet, RTJ flanged end, complete with RTJ companion flanges (API 60K SS / 410 SS) as per ASME B16.5, ring joint gasket, stud and nuts. Valve to be completed with hand wheel.
The valve is required for use in Natural Gas service containing 30% CO2,
therefore the minimum requirement will be as under
