Provision of Modification & Installation Service for WS2 Water Purification Skid

Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Modification and Installation Service for WS2 Water Purification Skid.
1.1. Divide the existing water purification skid into parts and relocate them in two containers.
1.2. Install the equipment and pipelines, layout reasonable.
1.3. Supply stainless steel pipe and fittings, fabricate equipment base, and pump base and piping support.
2.1. Rust removal and paint internal of water tank and sedimentation tank.
2.2. Repair welding of leakage for the two fitter tanks,process outside surface of the tank with fiberglass ribbon epoxy glue.
2.3. Overhaul the water pump, booster pump and dosing pump.
2.4. Maintain and test PLC system & electrical system.
3.1. Remove external piping and electrical instrument connection cables, etc.
3.2. Transport the three containers to WS2
3.3. Foundation construction.
3.4. Install equipment and pipeline, electric connection.
3.5. System pressure test, commissioning, operation.
4.1.Supply chemical, filter material, filter elements
