Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Supply of Safety Valve Test Bench = 35 NOS.
DESIGN PRESSURE: 65 kg/cm2. I. MAIN SHELL QTY:-1 No. Main Shell shall be fabricated from 219.0 mm (8 5/8 Inch) OD × 16 mm (0.625 Inch) Thick ×1828.8 mm (72 Inch) long seamless API 5L GR. B PSL1 grade line pipe of 79.54 KG/M (53.4 PPF) with one end blinded and the other end welded to a high pressure 8 Inch (NB) × 2 Inch (NB)× 8 Inch long swage having external API line pipe thread on the two inch portion along with high pressure socket & bushing plug fitted to it. The bushing plug shall be tapped with ½ Inch NPT.
II. ½ Inch (NB) Nipple. Qty: - 2 Sets (4 Inch long). Two numbers of ½ Inch (NB) X 4 Inch long Nipples with NPT thread of size according to ANSI B16.11 and Material ASTM A-105 shall be provided. One end of these nipples shall be welded to the shell and other end of the nipple shall be fitted with ½" NPT coupling. This is to be used for pressure gauge and drain point as shown in the enclosed Sketch.
III. 2 Inch (NB) and 3 Inch (NB) Nipples. Qty: - 1 Each (4 Inch Long) One No. 2 Inch (NB) X 4 Inch long Nipple with API line pipe thread of size according to ANSI B16.11 and Material ASTM A-105 and one No. 3 Inch (NB) X 4 Inch long 5L Line pipe nipple of material ASTM A-106 Grade-B with API line pipe thread as per the sketch. One end of these nipples shall be welded to the shell and other end of the nipple shall be fitted with 2 Inch and 3 Inch Couplings respectively.
IV. ½ Inch, 2 Inch & 3 Inch plugs Qty: - ½ Inch – 2 Nos; 2 Inch - 1 No. & 3 Inch - 1 No. Suitable High pressure plugs for above mentioned couplings.
V. Double support. Qty: 2 nos. Two numbers of double support made of 2 Inch Dia. pipe for supporting the main shell (as shown in the sketch) shall be provided having welded to the Main Shell.
VI. 10 Inch Dial Pressure Gauge: Qnty. – 2 Nos. Liquid filled high precision dial type pressure gauge having Dial Diameter of 254.00 mm ( 10 Inch) and having pressure range of 0 – 150 kg/cm2 (0 – 2133 PSI) with 0.35 Kg/cm2 (5 PSI) gradations to be supplied with Test Bench.
