Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Drainage, Sewage and STP Services in company's operational areas.
The Services include, but shall not be limited to, provision of personnel, Vehicles, Equipment, materials and facilities to carry out drainage, sewage collection and Sewage Treatment plant (STP) Services in the Company operational areas. The Contractor shall utilise its personnel, Vehicles and Equipment to perform the Services.
1.1 Operation, Maintenance and Monitoring of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
i) Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation, maintenance and
monitoring of STP to meet the performance requirements. The Contractor shall supply power cable and all accessories including, but not limited to, cable glands, junction box, distribution boards, cable joint kits, transformers etc., required to transmit the power supply from the power source provided by the Company.
ii) Contractor’s cost for operation, maintenance and monitoring shall include
provision of personnel to Contract Specification, Vehicle, Equipment, tools, spare parts, material, chemicals, lubricant, fuel, all consumables, and any other item or work required for the smooth operation of the STP to ensure high operational integrity and availability of the facilities.
iii) Treatment of incoming sewage in the Sewage Treatment Plant.
iv) Preventive and corrective maintenance to achieve continuous operational
availability of the STP.
v) Carry out periodic inspection to verify performance parameters and recording of the inspection results in a logbook to be maintained for the STP.
vi) Collect the samples of treated sewage at outlet of the STP and carry out necessary analysis/checks for quality assurance on a periodical basis (minimum on a monthly basis) or as instructed by the Superintendent of the Contract by a Third party laboratory duly approved by the Company.
vii) Maintaining stock of essential and critical spares, spare parts and replacing the spares, spare parts as and when required.
viii) Cleaning and housekeeping of the STP and the STP site office on daily basis.
