Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Main Distribution Power Center.
1- Main Distribution Power Center supplied with following specifications:-
a- The M.D.P.C should be supplied by two incoming feeders and bus tie with auto-manual transfer
b- Emergency generator circuit breaker should be supplied with mechanical & electrical interlock with both two incoming feeders
c- Air circuit breakers with draw able type should be used for all Incomings, bus section and outgoing feeders d- The incoming, bus section & outgoing breakers are with manual and electrical closing mech. And should be contain their analogue ammeters, voltmeters selector switches, over current, earth fault and short circuit tripping device.
e- Power factor correction on both sides to keep the P.F with the range 0.9-0.95 lag (the exist 300KVAR for each side)
f- The MDPC should be with the following specifications:-
1- The switchgear rating at 50C° ambient.
2- Rated voltage l000v & Operating voltage 400v.
3- Short circuit level for 1 sec 80 KA.
5- Control voltage 220VAC, 50 Hz, phase +neutral.
6- Main incomers should be containing multifunction meter.
7- Ingress protection IP43
8- MDPC supply
2-Motor Control Center (MCC) Supplied with following specifications:-
a- MCC provided with all required metering and indications.
b-MCC contains the motors starters with draw able type for both Power and control cables, all starters D.O.L and provided with:-
1- High breaking capacity MCCB for short circuit protection.
2-Magnetic air breaks contactor.
3- Over load relay.
4- Analog ammeter as well as C.T for remote Ammeter.
5-Start, stop, and reset .B.P'S & Indication lamps for ON-OFF-TRIP.
6- Control voltage shall be 220V, 50HZ,
C- The MCC should be with the following specifications:-
1- The MCC rating at 50°C ambient temp. &IP43.
2- Operating voltage 400v.
3- Rated voltage l000v.
4- Short circuit for 1 sec 80 KA.
5- Bus bar should be copper material and insulated with silver plated for all contact area.
6-- All starters should be containing remote start-stop facility.
7- Motor starter drawable unit should be normal unit (fully modular) & small drawable unit (1/4 width, 1/2 width) not acceptable
8- MCCS supply with quantities.
