Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Procurement of SCSSV (with Services).
3 ½ Inch EUE SCSSV (Surface Controlled Sub Surface Safety Valve):
1. 3 ½ Inch 9.3 PPF API EUE Box Up x EUE Pin down tubing retrievable surface
controlled subsurface safety valve suitable for 5000 psi working pressure & 250 Deg F working temperature with following features:-
2. Flapper type valve with straight through flow path, self-equalizing type, complete with metal-to-metal seal for body joints and between flapper and seat.
3. Min.ID: 2.813 Inch.
4. Maximum OD: 5.2 Inch (Suitable for 40-47 PPF casing)
5. Body Material: L-80.
6. API monogrammed.
7. Single rod piston / concentric piston arrangement with nonelastomeric / elastomeric seals in hydraulic chamber.
8. Valve Pressure Rating : 5000 PSI (as the well head pressure range)
9. Shut in Well Pressure at valve depth: 800 PSI.
10. Suitable connectors for control line connection with the SCSSV shall
be provided for each valve.
11. Fail safe close mechanism.
12. With permanent lock open feature to lock flapper in open position.
13. Material Requirements: SCSSV and its components must be in compliance with API Q1 and API 14 A, Class 1(Standard service) or better.
14. Integral or separate full bore no-go nipple suitable for installation of wire line safety valve. Seal bore diameter 2.813 Inch.
15. Flapper security: The valve design should protect the flapper and the flapper pin from damage due to attempts to open the valve against pressure differential. The valve design should also protect the flapper sealing surface while snap closure. The flapper assembly to be protected from the flow path.
16. Positive debris barrier at both ends of flow tube in full open position.
