Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding and Associated Service.
The brief scope of work for this tender shall be inclusive of but not limited to the following: To carry out customs clearance, freight forwarding and associated service, based on CIF and FCA delivery terms.
Making importation declaration and collection of receipts at UQ port
Assistance in obtaining required Iraq Ministry permissions and preparing related documents
Follow up importation and exportation, levy exemptions with MOC, BOC, South Custom, MOO.
Operating and handling goods at ports
Providing appropriate vehicles from receiving points to delivery points.
Obtaining the approvals from traffic and security authorities
Inland transportation from UQ port to Halfaya Basecamp
Collection of cargos from Suppliers location and sea freight to Umm Qasr Port (FCA)
