The company announces its need for Mobile Tank Prover for (THI-QAR) Location.
This request to supply complete high accuracy insulation mobile tank prover that has a capacity 5000 liters with master Coriolis meter and Separated Track to pull the trailer with all its components and load (5 tons) with all accessories to prover and calibrate custody transfer flow meters at De- Qar refinery. The mobile tank prover is volumetric vessel that has a reduced cross section or neck location at the top and bottom. these necks are equipped with gauge glasses and design suitable for top and bottom truck loading arms facilities of with products (crude oil, refined products, diesel fuel, gasoline kerosene, RCR, and naphtha) choosing the mobile tank prover should be according to API MPMS Ch4. Section4 and match the flowing Brand: new total Uncertainty for whole system: 0.02%

- Product type: crude oil, refined products, kerosene, gas oil, diesel fuel, naphtha, RCR, reduced crude and gasoline.
- Accuracy: +/- 0.1%.
- Repeatability: Better than +/-0.01%.
- Product temperature range (+ 5 to +150) ºC.
- Measuring system: bypass sight glass with radar.
- Constructional designs: complete tank prover with truck, drains and safely ladders.
- The tank prover shall be joined in manufactured shop.
- It is suitable for the periodic calibration of the flow meters with hydrocarbons - the tank prover origin should be (USA, JAPAN, west Europe).
- Induction motor specifications: 3 phase, 380v, 50 Hz, EEXEDT4, HEAVY, Ambient temperature: 55cº.
