Implementation of Shutdown PCRS at QP Refinery, Mesaied

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Implementation of Shutdown PCRS at QP Refinery, Mesaied. Contractor shall carryout Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation jobs related to Plant Change Requests (PCRs) at Condensate Unit Qatar Petroleum Refinery facilities.

The scope includes supply, fabrication, installation and commissioning for the PCR's activities at QP Refinery. The scope includes but not limited to supply of all labour, materials consumables, services, supervision, testing, equipment, commissioning tools, devices, warehousing, transportation and each and every item of expense necessary for the implementation of the Works related to the PCRs.

The Services under this Contract shall include but not be limited to the following activities:

3.1 The SOW requires execution of PCR's involving plant modifications for Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation jobs.
3.2 Mobilization of all required direct and indirect work force and equipment for the successful completion of the PCR jobs.
3.3 Fabrication, erection, and pre-commission of piping/equipment as per QP drawings and approved procedures.
3.4 Obtain all necessary permits required for the execution of SERVICES.
3.5 Establish SITE Safety Rules in accordance with QP Safety requirements
3.6 Retrieve, review all existing information / data and drawings held by QP. 3.7 Receiving, storing, loading, transporting and unloading of all free issue materials from QP stores to the location of SERVICES.
3.8 Procurement of required materials such as insulation materials, paint and any other materials under Contractor scope of supply as required for the completion of the PCR activities.
3.9 Blinding or de-blinding of piping and equipment for isolation, gas freeing, modification, testing as required.
3.10 Removal of redundant equipment and disposal to designed storage facility.
3.11 Cold cutting of existing piping for tie-ins and field joints if required.
3.12 Carrying out of shop welding and field welding for piping and pipe supports.
3.13 Fabrication and installation of new supports as per standards specifications.
3.14 Carrying out of Preheating, PWHT, NDT for modified/new piping weld joints as per approved drawings and Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
3.15 Hydro testing or pneumatic testing of modified or new Piping as per specifications, standards and drawings in Appendix F.
3.16 Grit blasting, wire brushing and cleaning of piping and equipment for painting, wrapping or coating as required.
3.17 Wrapping and coating of all new and modified piping and associated items as per drawings and specifications.
