Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Civil Works and General Services.
The scope of work includes the civil works and general services as well as all types of maintenance activities (planned or unplanned) carried out on buildings, roads and structures installed inside the boundary limits of Mellitah Complex. Activities include but not limited to the following:-
- Maintain and restore any structures, platforms, walkways, etc…
- Providing the following services ( maintenance, supplying and installation)
1- Maintain and paint piping, structure frames of plant related to the Complex.
2- Painting, maintain and repair of equipment.
3- Equipment supports, vessels and storage tanks
4- Painting buildings
5- Thermal insulation works
6- Civil sewers, drainage system
7- Roads and paved/ unpaved areas and fences
- Cleaning of open and covered areas, civil buildings roofs in Mellitah Complex, including sludge and sand removal and dumping.
- Providing building and construction materials upon COMPANY request.
- Providing of equipment and necessary tools to carry out the work upon COMPANY request.
The required work shall include the following :-
• Conduct a site survey to assess technical and logistical needs.
• Reviewing maps and engineering drawings of the project prior to implementation
• HSE procedures should be observed in implementation of the work.
