Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Maintenance Support Services for Plant Assets at Various Locations of Mesaieed Operations.
The Scope of work requires the awarded Contractor to undertake the maintenance works of various Plant Assets, valves and related pipe-works in different plants/facilities in Mesaieed Operations. These Plants facilities include: a) NGL Plants/facilities which include NGL-1, NGL-2, NGL-3, NGSF, NGL-4 plants, b) storage and loading facilities and common areas; NGTT Tank farm and terminal / Multi Product Berth facilities at Mesaieed Industrial Area; and c) NGDS facilities (Gas Distribution Stations and Pipelines) in Ras laffan, Doha and Mesaieed. Contractor shall carry out the Services when the plant/units are in operation but the equipment has to be isolated and spaded. Contractor shall take utmost care in executing the activities and all safety requirements specified shall be strictly followed. The Services shall generally consists of spading, despading, inerting, insulation removal/replacement of insulation, opening up, cleaning, mechanical works, hydraulic bolting, lifting, closing, testing, painting, lining, scaffolding and other miscellaneous works as may be directed by QP. The contract duration is five (5) Calendar years from the effective date.
