Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Equipment Compatibility services for Maintenance Management of production and power system facilities.
To conduct field facilities equipment compatibility to minimize the number of brands / manufacturers which serves the same functions with same specification in terms of material selection / dimensions/functionality etc. Different Manufacturers of Pumps, Motors, PSVs, Gas Detectors, Control Valves, Transmitters, UPS, Transformers and MV Switchgears are installed in Halfaya Facilities of CPF1, CPF2, CPF3, SWP plants and Power Plants & distribution systems in order to optimize inventory through Spare Parts Interchangeability Record (SPIR) among installed equipment in PCH premises. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is required to Maintain Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance and equipment spare parts management for all the facilities in Halfaya as part of an asset integrity management. Therefore, we need specialized contractor support to collect necessary data and information to implement effective CMMS for all production and power system facilities. It is necessary to meet global standard, external audit requirements and optimize the equipment service time.
