* Required quantity : 15 ton .
* The offer should include technical brochure from the manufacture company .
* the weight of each bag is 25 kg max with suitable packing boxes .
* Both production and expiry dates should be written clearly on each bag the validity is not less than three years .
* The bidder must be supply a sample of cement with the technical offer .
