Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Complete New Air Cooler Steam Condense System with all Accessories Capacity 60 ton/h.
This specification is intended to cover the design, engineering, manufacture, Assembly / pre-assembly, tests at manufacturer’s works, insulation work, shop painting , delivery properly packed for transport, complete erection, final check-up, testing at site, successful commissioning, conducting performance and acceptance tests at site of Complete New Air Cooler Steam Condenser
System Unit 60 ton\h capacity with all accessories.
THE Unit should include Complete New Air Cooler Steam Condenser System to take 60 ton\h of Low Pressure Steam @(5.5 bar g & 300 C°) from S.R.C Low Pressure Steam Network and convert it to Low Condensate @ (95C°) at battery limit, the conceptual diagram for unit attached in diagram (1) . this work must include all necessary equipment as piping , steam reduction station, Steam air cooler, tanks, pumps, valves, controls ,safety equipment's, spare part …. etc.
Scope of Process Works :
1. The Contractor should do site survey before preparing the tender
2. Supply and install Unit total capacity (60 ton\h) as two line (30 ton\h) for each one furnished with all necessary equipment and accessories.
3. Unit fed with Low Pressure Steam @(5.5 bar g & 300 C°) from existing Low Pressure Steam Network.
4. Supply and install two skid mounted steam reduction station with capacity (30 ton/h) each one with all necessary equipment and accessories.
5. Supply and install two set of skid mounted air cooler steam condensers Horizontal type with capacity (30 ton/h) each one with all necessary
equipment and accessories.
6. Supply and install condensate accumulated tank with capacity 15 m3 furnished with all necessary equipment and accessories.
7. Supply and install skid mounted of three condensate transfer pumps with capacity 45 m3/h each one furnished with all necessary equipment and accessories.
8. Supply and install all piping, valves, connections, supports, steel structure , …etc.
9. Supply and install Complete structural framework ( columns, beams & bracings), partition beams, beams for supporting fan & drive assembly, air seals, supporting arrangement for electrical cables, stairs, ladders, walkways, gratings, handrails, roofing, plenum chamber, fan & pulley
guards etc.
10. Supply and install safety relief valves for each stage of pressure points. Relief vent piping must be piped to exterior.
11. Supply all documents such as operation manuals, diagrams and drawings as 4 copies (2 soft , 2 paper).
12. Supply and install safety equipment's.
13. Pre-commission , Commission , site training and test run for 72 hour .
