Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Construction of Drainage System at QP-R Material Warehouse in Refinery Mesaieed.
To resolve waterlogging and drainage related issues at warehouse storage yard in QP Refinery, Mesaieed; The company requires the services of a qualified and experienced Contractor to supply all materials of construction, labour, services, supervision, testing devices, warehousing, equipment, tools, consumable materials and other resources required to carry out the following scope for the construction/ installation of drainage system:
1- Demolition of existing asphalt paving.
2- Excavation and existing top soil removal.
3- Grading and raising the existing level.
4- Provision of new asphalt paving.
5- New RCC drains.
6- Heavy duty grating cover on RCC drains.
7- Embedded items for grating support.
8- Providing French drains.
9- Providing soak-away pits.
10- Raising the existing wall of existing manhole and cable chambers.
