Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Agreement for the Supply of Sodium Chlorite and Hydrochloric Acid. 3 Years agreement with the option to extend for further 2 years for the supply of sodium Chlorite and hydrochloric acid (CLO2 Plant Chemicals). CIO2 is used in the refinery as a Biocide to control the Biological growth and fouling in the seawater cooling system and maintain reliability of the seawater network & Water cooled heat exchangers. CIO2 is generated in situ in the CIO2 plant by a chemical reaction between sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid.
