Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Upgrade/ Replacement of Building Management System in Ras Laffan Industrial city.
Contractor shall replace/ upgrade the existing BMS with current generation BMS to cover the control and monitoring of the HVAC and Potable Water systems for the seventy four (74) buildings located inside RLIC, including its supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration with the existing BMS systems in MPAC Central Chiller Plant and the new Fire Station No.6 in RLIC, and the central METASYS BMS servers situated both in RLIC and Dukhan, which shall include two supply, installation, and commissioning of Clients Workstations, industrial laptop and required software, at room no. RPB 103 inside Ras Laffan Industrial City. Scope of Services shall also include provision of certified training for a total of eight persons, for QP and QP Contractor Personnel for the maintenance and troubleshooting of the BMS workstations and usage of the software supplied.
