Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Up to date apparatuses for determining Aromatics in Hydrocarbons by (GC ) Gas Chromatography.
General requirements;
1- Generators :
a) Air Generator with the following Specifications : Outlet: <2ppm total hydrocarbons as methane
b) Hydrogen zero gas generator with the following Specifications : Outlet: 99.95%min. Purity , < 0.5 total hydrocarbons as methane
c)Nitrogen zero gas generator with the following Specifications : Outlet Purity 99.99% , < 0.5 total hydrocarbons as methane
2- Uninterruptible power system (Smart-UPS), output 10 KV and it can supply from local market.(from any origin)
3- All consumables and gases purifier needed foroperation of apparatus for period of (2) years, Number of yearly tests 2000.
4- A list of spare parts, needed with their part number for operation and maintenance of apparatus& generators (a,b,c) for a period of (2) years According to the manufacturer's recommendations and maintenance manual.
5- Calibration standards and all chemicals needed to calibrate the device within the standard UOP 744 .
6- Up date pc equipped with software to operate the apparatus with printer, and they can supply from local Market.(from any origin)
7- Facture calibration certificate.
8- The guarantee of the apparatus for one year operation.
