Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Replacement of UPS Units and Battery Charges in NGL, Tank Farm and GDS, Mesaieed Operations.
The scope shall include the provisions of site visit & survey, site verifications, supply all labor, project controls and services, administrations, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, consumables, sundries, safety equipment, and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing of the AC UPS units and Battery Chargers, site preparation/ modification, installation/ testing/ pre-commissioning and the commissioning of the same.
The Contractor shall include the provision of other activities required to complete the Contract, the provision of all temporary facilities, demolition and removal of existing battery chargers and UPS units, and other works required for completion of the Contract, as part of the scope. The Contract shall also include the provision of modifications/ upgrade required to the existing facilities/ structures/ utilities, as required to be carried out to accommodate the following, along with its accessories:
(i) New AC UPS units complete with Battery bank, battery isolator including all the accessories required to complete the project scope.
(ii) New DC Battery Chargers complete with Battery bank, battery isolator including all the accessories required to complete the project scope. The locations of work for this Contract shall cover NGL-1, NGL-3, NGSL, Tank Farm and Gas Distribution Stations.
