Appointment of Consultant for Modernization Program (BMP). The Consultant shall provide the services described below to the COMPANY’s Modernization Program, reporting to the BMP Project Director or his delegate BMP Deputy Project Director Interface and Handover, and will be required to enter into a Consultancy Agreement with the COMPANY in the form provided by the COMPANY. The main services of the CONSULTANT would be consultancy services on all BMP project and operational issues that are related to Tank farm operations, the wharf area and refinery operation planning.
