Provision of Drilling and Workover Units

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Drilling and Workover Units for Offshore Operations. Contractor shall provide Offshore Drilling & Workover Unit (Rig) complete with all Contractor Items and Contractor Personnel ready to carry out all operations required to drill, workover, test and complete Offshore wells and shall carryout drilling, workover, test and complete Offshore wells at locations indicated by the company.
The Scope of Services shall consist of two (2) Rigs. QP, at its sole discretion, can award one Contract or two (2) Contracts separately for each Rig. Contractor shall within six (6) calendar month(s) from the Effective Date complete initial mobilization and deliver the Drilling & Workover Unit including all necessary Contractor Items, Contractor Personnel and each and every item required for the Services, in ready to Drill condition, and complete the inspection and issuance of initial mobilization acceptance certificate by the company. Contractor shall carry out the Services for Contract Duration of sixty six (66) months, including six (6) months for initial mobilization and inspection, from the Effective Date. 5 Contractor shall in its performance of the Services provide the daily drilling report and all other reports as per the Contract.
