Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Purchasing of 25 ESP Tubing Head Spool & X-Tree Sets for Water Source Wells.
Bidder will be required to supply ordered material based on the Purchase Orders issued under the Price Agreement according to the following terms.
Delivery Point: Umm Qasr Port, Republic of Iraq (CIF INCOTERMS 2010, Full Liner Terms, including off-loading from Vessel)
Delivery Time: Within 8 months from each PO issuance date.
Quantity of the first batch: Delivery of the first batch of 5 sets of wellhead material and related spare parts (if required) to be within six (6) months after PO issuance date.
Quantity of each PO: Minimum 10 sets of wellhead material and related spare parts (if required) as one batch maximum within 8 month.
