Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of EPCC for the CPF2 Power Plant Expansion-II.
1. Electrical system comprising of 3 bays of 66kV AIS, 3 sets of 11kV bus-duct and 3 sets of 66kV step-up transformers, one central substation, mainly having 2 dry-type transformer and 1 lot PMCC, 2 sets of prefabricate substations (POS), 2 x 2MW of 11kV EDGs, UPS, Power SCADA/PMS system updating, Cabling, Lighting, Earthing and lightning protection system etc.
2. Process/ Piping System comprising of 1st & 2nd stage separators, fuel gas treatment skids –3 Sets, Condensate electric heater skid, Plant piping, Open drain and closed drain system, tie-in with existing system, and necessary modifications.
3. Utility system including; Instrument air package and instrument air receiver, Nitrogen skid and nitrogen receiver.
4. Instrumentation and Control System including; Field Instruments, PCS system, SIS system and F&G system expansion.
5. Others including; Civil Foundations for GTG Package, Building Construction and Civil structural works, Telecommunication, CCTV System expansion, PA system expansion, Building Fire Alarm System (CPF2 Power Plant) expansion, CPF-2 Fire Water system upgrading and Installation of COMPANY supplied GTG package.
