Scope of SERVICES is to carry out to Industry and world class best practices an integrity assessment of the subject PS103 24" pipeline, and to provide to the company, written recommendation(s) on how to restore the said line to safe and reliable use, to the same standard and production capability as the line was originally designed to achieve.
