Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for 12 Inch FSP & 24 Inch Offrag Pipeline Maintenance Services.
Scope of work consist of carrying out specialist services for in-line pipeline isolation services of the 12" pipeline Liquid Raw NGL pipeline from Fahahil Stripping Plant (FSP) facilities in Dukhan to NGL-1 facilities in Mesaieed with total pipeline length of 89 KM and the associated pipeline cut and weld hot work repair at 1 (one) pipeline pin hole leak location currently installed with mechanical clamp in QP Pipeline Corridor at location near KM 76 pipeline marker. 24" valves repair.
This Scope of Work defines the requirement of nitrogen supply to full de-pressuring & inerting the 24" OFFRAG pipeline from Mesaieed to PS -1 offshore with total length of 120 KM prior and after the completion of valves overhauling, the manpower, tools and executes the SOW to the extent of covering efficiently all works including all related activities on, valve shade removal/installation, valves removal, valves Transportation from and back to locations, valves dismantling, Inspection, overhauling, and hydro-testing and commissioning.
