Scope of Work
The company announces its need for repair of spare rotor of GE gas turbine.
Brief but not limited to Refurbishment repair and Return Scope of Work shall be as following. Compressor Rotor: ? Check Dimensional and geometrical clearances and disassemble all stages ? Clean all stages and de-blade compressor wheel ? Plasma coat and NDT test
Turbine Rotor. ? Remove 1st and 2nd stage buckets sequentially. ? NDT test of Turbine rotor ? Inspect and Repair of AFT Flange face marks Complete Unit Rotor Assembly Shipment & Transportations ? HOO shall transport the rotor from Amal field to the one of Libyan local harbour and ship it same way back after the refurbishment.
