Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Upgrade of Rotork Pakscan System in Various GDS Stations.
P3 Pakscan PS 711 systems (total qty 07) are installed in GDS facilities in Station A4, A5, V, T3 and S. These Pakscan PS 711 systems facilitate operation team to locally as well as remotely (through SCADA) operate pipeline/piping valves of sizes 16" or more. The motorized and remote operation of transmission and distribution valves is very important due to centralized monitoring & control of distributed GDS facilities and ensure reliable gas supply to various industries within the state of Qatar. The installed model of P3 Pakscan system (PS 711 (24 VDC) in above mentioned GDS facilities are obsolete. The availability and operability of installed PS 711 systems cannot be guaranteed due to unavailability of required spares and support from OEM. Therefore, it is recommended to engineer, procure and upgrade the install base of Pakscan systems with latest available model so that reliable and safe operation of GDS facilities can be guaranteed.
