The company announces its need for Four Year Agreement for Provision of Maintenance of Landscaped Areas & Provision of Manpower Services within company Areas.
The successful bidder will sign a four year(4) term agreement for General Maintenance of the Company's landscaped, planted, garden areas, open areas, including maintenance of Company’s artificial football ground, cleaning streets and car parks etc., within the township of Awali; Dar Al Naft Museum at Jebel area, Marketing Terminal, Sitra Tank and various locations within the Refinery. Also the Provision of Manpower Services other than those required to carry out the works defined above to carry out additional landscaping works. No claims will be entertained if any areas of work are not required or subsequently cancelled
