Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for supply of Complete Overhaul & Upgrade of Control Valves at Various Gas Distribution Stations. The control valve is a final control element and used to control process variables i-e Pressure, Temperature, Flow and level in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. Control valves in GDS facilities are majorly used to control Medium (MP) and Low Pressure (LP) headers. Most of the GDS critical consumers are connected to GDS delivery stations at both MP & LP headers. The reliable function of subject headers is very critical for GDS operation; this is to ensure uninterruptable gas supply to all MIC, RLIC consumers including Power plants. Following the applicable maintenance bench mark, best industrial practices, OEM recommendation and to reduce breakdown maintenance, a total number of 18 critical control valves overhaul and procurement of spares is planned in year 2021.
