Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Supply of CISCO Call Manager Upgrade with Internet Protocol (IP) Phones. The company is expecting around 300 new employees to join therefore new Desk IP Phones shall be procured to be able to cover the requirements side because IP Phones are considered as an essential part of the employee office setup. Server Upgrade is needed to be able to handle the high number of users while considering a server for Disaster Recovery Site since the criticality of the Desk Phone has increased with the number of users. These equipment’s will be installed and used in different sites of the company for the employees offices and meeting rooms.
