Maintenance, Consultancy and Support Services for General Electric Gas Turbine Generators

Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Maintenance, Consultancy and Support Services for General Electric Gas Turbine Generators and all Mechanical Machinery Associated Accessories. Work scope shall include scheduled maintenance inspection, overhaul, commissioning, technical investigation, technical support visits, technical advisor support, Gas turbines machinery mechanical technician support, and unanticipated emergency maintenance repair work. The Contractor shall have at least 5 years’ experience working on GE Gas Turbines Frame 3 and 5 and shall be fully competent in being technically able to resolve problems on all equipment during trouble shooting independently. The Contractor shall has a license from O.E.M to work on Sentinel Control System.
The Contractor shall have as minimum 6 skilled Gas Turbine Mechanical Technicians, 2 skilled Senior Mechanical Technicians, 6 skilled Mechanical technicians, 3 skilled Valve Fitters, 1 safety officer holding NEBOSH qualification with substantiation that they are resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain, are in the full time employment of the Contractor and are exclusively available for this Contract.
The safety officer shall be certified by NEBOSH and able to prepare full risk assessment in accordance with Bapco safety policy on all types of activities specified in the contract specification.
The Contractor SHALL submit the last 2 years’ audited financial statements of the bidding entity and Bapco SHALL assess the financial soundness of the bidder.
