Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Supply of Software Licenses and Hardware, Installation, Implementation, Training, Maintenance and Support of Emergency Management and response Dispatch Systems.
The company has industrial cities with operations related rig drilling, exploration, expansion and furthermore. The industrial cities are as follows: " Dukhan " Ras Laffan " Halul " Mesaieed.
The main objective of this project is to procure the following two systems/software for all industrial cities:
A- Emergency Management System. A commercially off the Shelf (COTS) web-based GIS enabled Emergency Management Software (EMAN). The software intended to manage the event from initiation to recovery.
B- Emergency Mobilization System A commercial off the shelf (COTS) Emergency Mobilization System (EMOB) to automate the decision-making process for the receipt of emergency calls, selection of response resources & personnel, selection of the most appropriate resources depending on incident type, notification of the resources, tracking of the resources.
