Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Multi Bed Catalyst Handling Services during 2022 HUB 1 T&I and 2023 LSFO CAT Change Shutdown.
The scope of work comprises mobilization of all equipment and skilled manpower, blinding or opening of equipment, obtaining inert entry, video graphic recording of the condition of the top of each bed, unloading by bottom dumping and or vacuuming of catalyst, cleaning of residual catalyst, coordinating with Bapco for internal or external Inspection, carrying out mechanical repairs, in-situ machining of RTJ Flanges, dense loading of fresh catalyst, closing, bolt tensioning and de-blinding of the Reactors
