Scope of Work: The company requires subscription to an eLibrary that provides access to up-to-date standards and codes that support the necessary jobs around the Bapco refinery. The eLibrary product being sought for is also to serve as a repository for documentation, journals, articles, technical papers and much more. The proposed eLibrary system will improve the foundation of knowledge for all areas of the enterprise and allow for the increase in competency and capacity to perform engineering job activities, sharing knowledge, diversified experiences and background of the staff in addition to providing accessibility of online engineering standards and technical documents.
