Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Development of OPMs & Consolidation of Various Project Documents for Transmission & Distribution Department, Mesaieed Operations.
The Company's Transmission and Distribution [ODM] Department requires the services of an experienced and reputed Contractor to provide an updated Operating Procedures Manuals (OPM) by integration of all project documentation to reflect the current plant/facility status and method of operations for facilities controlled by ODM Department. The objective of the Contract is to create comprehensive OPM for the company's Gas Distribution System (GDS) that address the current as-built status of the facilities, reflecting all the completed major projects, minor projects PCRs and 3rd party projects. The existing OPMs from all of the various projects and other documents including but not limited to PFDs, P&IDs, C&E Diagrams, Loop Drawings, SLDs, layout drawing, hook-ups, JB interconnection drawings, panel drawings, data sheets, specification and vendor documentation etc shall be developed and consolidated to enable an operator and maintenance team to operate and maintain the system/equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
