Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Maintenance of Gondola Window Cleaning Machines at Mesaieed Industrial City.
The company intends to obtain the following Services, as detailed in the Tender Scope of Services:
a) Defined Services: Contractor shall carry out preventive maintenance (including lubrication) and attend to calls for breakdown/corrective maintenance of four (4) numbers of Gondola window cleaning machines, installed at Central Office Building (COB) in Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC).
b) Call-off Services: Contractor shall carry out repair, as and when required and/or approved by the company, including elimination of faults and repair of defects and/or damages attributable to normal wear and tear resulting from external factors, using the spare parts included in the Contract on call-off basis. Contractor shall also carry out biannual and annual visual inspections, safe working load tests and/or proof load tests to be certified by Third-Party Certification Authority.
