Provision of Service of Wellhead Cutting of Abandoned Wells in Onshore Operations

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Service of Wellhead Cutting of Abandoned Wells in Onshore Operations.
Contractor shall deploy required Contractor Personnel, Contractor Items, provide supervision, testing, and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of Wellhead cutting of abandoned Wells at Onshore locations on a call-off basis.
Contractor shall carry out cellar excavation and enlargement as required to accommodate the Contractor's tools and to have enough space for Rig and Rig down equipment.
Contractor shall cut the wellhead below Flanges as required, including conductor and all inner casings.
Contractor shall provide detailed job program for each well, including detailed data of the existing casings and the specific tools, cutting blades, bevel bit to be used for the job.
Contractor shall cover the casing with cement block and backfill the cellar with soil after wellhead cut completion.
The cutting shall be carried out by experienced Contractor Personnel who have a minimum of 5 years' experience for Services Engineer and 3 years' experience for Services Operator in the relevant Operations
Providing report after location survey and final job report upon completion of each Release Order.
Contract duration for the Services shall be five (5) years from the Effective Date including two (2) months for initial mobilization and inspection.
