Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance (EPCCOM) for CPF-2 Power Plant Expansion-II.
The scope of work includes but not limited to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the followings:
1) Electrical system: Includes five (5) sets of 30MW Gas Turbine Generators or equivalent and auxiliary system, five (5) bays of 66kV AIS, 5 sets of 11kV bus-duct and 5 sets of 66kV step-up transformers, One central substation, mainly having 2 dry-type transformer and 1 lot PMCC. (Switchgear panels for one out of five Units shall also be located in Central Sub-station), four (4) sets of prefabricate substations (POTS), three (3) sets of 11kV emergency diesel generators, One set 230V AC UPS, cabling, lighting, earthing and lightning protection system and power SCADA/PMS system updating.

4) Instrumentation and Control System
5) Civil & Telecommunication
6) Two (2) years operation and maintenance for both Stage-1 and Stage-2, Training, Remote Diagnostic support for GTG for three (3) years, etc.
