Flow Metering System Certification at GDS Stations

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Call-Off Services for Flow Metering System Certification at GDS Stations in Mesaieed, Doha & Ras Laffan and Refinery assets.
The Scope of the Tender entails the provisions of experienced and qualified personnel, certified tools & equipment, materials, consumables and other resources/ services, supervision, custom & port clearance, engagement and coordination with required authorization body & OEM, sundries, reports/ issuance of certifications and other deliverables, necessary to carry out call-off for routine inspection, calibration, certification and supply of consumable materials & equipment for the following to carry out calibration and certifications at an accredited 3rd party international calibration facilities for:
Part 1 - GDS Stations at Mesaieed 1. DP Transmitter Calibration and Certification at an accredited 3rd party calibration facility.
2. Orifice Plate Calibration and Certification at an accredited 3rd party calibration facility.
3. Flow calibration/ wet calibration and Certification of USM at an accredited 3rd party international calibration facilities.
4. Breakdown/ OEM service at the calibration laboratory for Contractor to arrange for either OEM to be mobilized to calibration laboratory or meter shall be shipped to OEM facility to carry out purchase of the required parts and perform repair of the meter.
Part 2 - Refinery at Mesaieed
1. Calibration/ Validation/ Proving of Flow Meters, Meter Provers, Dynamic Uncertainty model calculations and associated Services for the Metering Systems.
2. Calibration/ verification and computation check of flow computers. 3. Breakdown/ OEM service at the calibration laboratory for Contractor to arrange for either OEM to be mobilized to calibration laboratory or meter shall be shipped to OEM facility to carry out purchase of the required parts and perform repair of the meter.
Part 3 - QatarEnergy Mesaieed Gas Operations
1. DP Transmitter Calibration and Certification at an accredited 3rd party calibration facility.
2. Orifice Plate Calibration and Certification at an accredited 3rd party calibration facility.
3. Flow calibration/ wet calibration and Certification of USM at an accredited 3rd party international calibration facilities.
4. Calibration/ Validation/ Proving of Flow Meters, Meter Provers, Dynamic Uncertainty model calculations and associated Services for the Metering Systems.
