Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Permanent Camp Project (Phase 1).
This is an EPC contract. The EPC contractor shall review the basic design provided by Al-Waha and offer “Drawing Review Report ”to Al-Waha. On this basis, carry out the detail design, materials procurement, and construction services. Contractor shall provide all construction materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to meet the requirements of this contract. The main work scope is as follows:
- Design and construction of the buildings, including integral support systems of those buildings (electrical, water, communication, and HVAC systems etc.);
- Design and construction of Outdoor water supply and drainage system, including septic tank;
- Design and construction of Outdoor power supply system, but not includes the new 11kV substation;
- Design and construction of Outdoor communication system;
- Design and construction of roads, drainage ditch and its lighting system;
- Purchase and installation of all equipment and furniture related to buildings
