Provision of Services for Production Measurement

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Services for Production Measurement.
1.1 Contractor shall provide Services in all measurement facilities related to royalty, fiscal/custody transfer and allocation process.
1.2 Contractor shall perform the Services in a diligent, skillful and workmanlike manner in accordance with the good oil field best practices, and the approved industry standards for the activities which shall include but not be limited to:
i) Witnessing Attend to verification, calibration, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and sampling activities related to Measurement Systems on behalf of QatarEnergy.
ii) Assessment Perform assessment of the Measurement Systems and provide findings, including reporting of remedial/improvements actions for compliance with Qatarenergy Measurement Guidelines (QMG), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations, and any other relevant measurement best practice.
iii) Certification Witnessing Witnessing final certification on behalf of QatarEnergy (UKAS accredited or equivalent) related to Measurement Systems
1.3 Contractor shall provide qualified and experienced Contractor Personnel consisting of Sr. Measurement Staff and Measurement Staff for performing the above Services.
1.4. The Services shall be performed on a Call off basis for a Contract duration of five (5) years.
