Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Data Acquisition, RBI Analysis for Equipment, Piping, PSV & Data Migration from Capstone RBMI Software TO APMS (MERIDIUM) Software.
The company intends to avail, for a period of One (1) calendar year, the services of a qualified and experienced Contractor to perform Data Acquisition, piping circuitization, populating data in spreadsheets, identifying active/potential damage mechanisms, Inspection Planning, population of Data, Data Migration and RBI Analysis in the General Electric Asset Performance Management System(APMS (MERIDIUM)) from Mechanical Integrity (MI) software from Lyods Register Capstone RBMI software for equipment namely, fixed equipment, in-plant piping, external pipelines, relief devices, corrosion coupons, corrosion probes installed in Refinery Mesaieed. The APMS (MERIDIUM) MI will be populated with the design and operating data for all vessels, in-plant piping, pipelines, and safety relief devices in Refinery Units according to RBI requirements Corrosion studies and piping circuits for Refinery (Chemical Plant) to be developed for all process piping.
