Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Satellite Images & Marine GIS Services.
The scope of Work of subject Tender consists of three parts:
PART 1 - Provision of Satellite Image Provision of high-resolution natural color, pan sharpened and ortho-rectified satellite image.
PART 2 - Provision of Marine GIS Services:
Part 2-a - Provision of web map services Provision of the following web map services fit for being consumed in ArcGIS desktop and ArcGIS server / ArcGIS Portal based web applications:
1- Admiralty Raster Charts applicable to QatarEnergy offshore operational areas.
2- Admiralty Vector Chart Service (AVCS) covering Arabian Gulf.
Part 2 b - Provision of Updated Chart-based Bathymetric Data Provision of Bathymetric data contained in Admiralty Charts that include Depth soundings (points), contours (lines) and depth area (polygon) in ESRI File Geodatabase format. The bathymetric data shall be updated Quarterly to cover QatarEnergy offshore operational areas.
Part 2 c - Provision of British Admiralty (BA) Paper Charts Provision of new charts or new edition or new prints of British Admiralty Paper Charts applicable to QatarEnergy offshore operational areas. All the corrections issued through Notice to Mariners after the previous release of the chart shall be marked on the charts.
