Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Marine Utility Vessel Services at Mesaieed Port. Contractor shall provide Utility Vessel Services at Mesaieed Port which includes provision of one (1) self-propelled Utility Vessel on continuous basis, combined with DP 2 system including bow/stern thrusters with complete crew compliant to Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) Flag, tonnage and International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) class requirements with certified crane operator(s), riggers, and night watch keeper to operate the Vessel, for heavy duty and multipurpose harbour and coastal operations and marine maintenance services carried out by QatarEnergy and its marine maintenance services contractor. Vessel shall be capable and suitable for towing, pushing, laying and recovery of Navigation buoys, anchor handling, diving operations, Single Point Mooring (SPM) hose flushing, SPM hose replacement, Bathymetric Survey and assistance in marine civil works. Contractor scope includes provision of Vessel, equipment, manpower, materials, tools and tackles, spares, consumables, supervision, maintenance, testing and each and every items of expense necessary to support the smooth and effective maintenance and operation of the facilities at Mesaieed Port.
