Upgrade of HFO Heater Honeywell Obsolete PLC & SCADA in RLIC

Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Upgrade of Control Systems for Heater, shutdown system of BMS 1&2 and HFO Export Pump of HFO Plant in Ras Laffan Industry City.
Contractor to carry out the Engineering, Design, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning to upgraded following obsolete systems at HFO facility in Ras Laffan:
(a) Honeywell PLC and SCADA Control Systems
(b) Shutdown system of existing obsolete Honeywell BMS 1 & 2 and
(c) HFO Export pump control panel with a Contract Duration of 8 month which includes 1 month mobilization period.
