The company announces its need for Provision of Project Management System Competency Framework (Four Years Term). A Competency Framework is a measurement of the skills, judgment, knowledge and attributes of a particular job or position to help employees perform a role effectively and recognize qualified candidates for job applications. It defines a set of competencies for each role in the department, business or company and showcases the values, behaviours and requirements an organization strives for to reach its goals and objectives. The Competency Framework essentially aligns personal performance with corporate values. The Company seeks to identify and appoint a suitable qualified service provider, which will contract for provision of project management system competency framework for a period of four years to carry out the design and development of a competency framework for the company, including implementation and training services.
