Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Upgrade of Mass Spectrometers with latest model available from Thermoscientific like Sentinel PRO Ex Environmental Mass Spectrometer or equivalent as per Specification of Analysers, including the following:
1) Design, manufacture/fabrication, assembly, transportation, installation, inspection, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, Supply of commissioning spares and documentation of the complete Mass Spectrometer based Benzene monitoring system along with all its existing interfaces.
2) The Mass spectrometer includes but not limited to Sample Filter, Sample Tube, Sample Handling system, Mass spectrometer, Flow control panel for calibration, valves, fittings, cables, and auxiliary equipment.
3) Design, supply and install all components for addition of New sample points to improve coverage and monitoring of potential Benzene leaks.
4) Dismantling,packing and Shifting of the existing two (2) nos. of obsolete Mass spectrometers to designated location.
